I am becoming transformed as a recovering sweet addict. Last night, just before the start of a new week, I forced myself to make a milkshake at 9 p.m., because I had had only had 2 of my 3 sweets for the week (plus, I felt it was my duty to toast to Phelps’ 8th medal).

What’d ya know? I am actually eating fruits and other healthy stuff in place of sweets. The Challenge is working!
