Meghann Kirk

  • Community – Green: Win the HD bike challenge for July (on my way baby! Stop using plastic bags.
  • Eating: Only allow myself 2 lattes a week. Sweets only 3 days a week.
  • Exercise: Stay with my marathon training. Do more strength training and weights. Try a new class at the Y every two weeks

 

Melinda Neely

  • Community – Green: Take my cloth bag to the grocery store – cut out at least one plastic bag per visit. No more than one water bottle per week – must re-fill. Track car mileage; use car only for necessary trips in summer (e.g., grocery, tennis, Target and Costco runs)
  • Eating: Sweets only 3 days a week. No chips
  • Exercise: Speed workout 1x/week till marathon (unless otherwise told not to do so by doctor)

 

Brian King

  • Fitness: Bike or Run  for at least 1 hour, 4 times per week
  • Community: Don’t use plastic or paper bags at store
  • Health: Eat breakfast every morning

 

 John Warfel

  • Exercise: Run 3x per week. No distance requirement yet, I wanna get in to the groove first. Usually I run 2-3 miles at a time. Whoopee!
  • Community: Always use my reusable coffee cup when going out for coffee. No more plastic/paper to go cups. If I am staying at the coffee shop, then I’ll get a mug.
  • Nutrition: Only eat candy 1x per week at HD. Weekends are open season. As we all know nothing compliments a High Life like some tasty black licorice at 10:48 p.m. on a Sunday.

 

Rob Neely

  • Community: Once a week, give my son a lesson in something of value and 2 hours a week, be an artist.
  • Nutrition: For a month, no chips every other week. This includes tortilla chips, cheez-its, and rice cakes too.
  • Exercise: I must get up early to do an early morning workout once a week.
