- Exercise: Run twice a week and yoga at least twice a week. Weekends will almost always involve outdoor adventures so I won’t go there.
- Environment: We’ll all be gone soon so live for the moment and burn the candle at both ends baby! JK. Focus on biking to reduce carbon emissions. Would also like to make sure I recycle all that is recyclable.
- Eating: Eat at least three servings of fruits and vegetables a day. It’s crazy how difficult it is for me to achieve this!
- Philanthropy: Volunteer as a PR advisor and coordinator for World Class Kayak Academy (similar to the high school that I attended.) They don’t have a big budget but I believe in the program and the amazing opportunities it gives adolescents, so I would like to help boost their enrollment via public relations.
Jessica Flynn
- Exercise: Bike or trail run at least twice a week (either to work or for exercise)
- Environment: Cut out the use of paper and plastic bags from retailers. Use cloth bags for all my groceries and shopping excursions
- Eating: Look for more ways to eat local (goal – at least one local product in every home meal) my garden, our local milk, or other local products from the grocery store
- Philanthropy: Participate in variety of one-off philanthropy projects through Little Black Dress Club and weekly Statesman Column of ‘Someone Needs You.’ Aim for one project/month. (ie., volunteer at races, help with refugee garden weeding, gather and donate clothing or food)
Alicia Ritter
- Personal: Pilates 3 x/week; cardio 3X/week; non-meat dinner 2X/week; only buy local grown or organic meat
- Environment: Ride bike one-day week to office and/or comparable set of errands and trips
- Volunteer: Need to take a pass right now, trying to sort out my time commitments and get some balance before I sign up for more right now. :)

- Exercise: Walk five times a week.
- Eating: Continue with my sugar-free lifestyle for six months – see where it leads. End: December (in time for holiday sweets).
- Personal: Lower my blood pressure by August 15, so I don’t have to take medication. Continue to de-stress my life.
- Philanthropy: Girl Scouts is my philanthropic deal – I want to be a good leader and role model for the girl – plus, do some cool environmental things. I’d also be up for short projects – with a beginning and an end.
Catie Wardwell
- Exercise: Gym workouts three to four times a week (muscle groups plus cardio)
- Eating: Eat three or four servings of fruits and vegetables, cut back on alcohol
- Environment: Recycle everything possible at home; start a recycling program at Red Sky Public Relations; ride the bus on days I don’t have meetings or have to be somewhere right after work
- Philanthropy: continue with Komen Race for the Cure as the PR Chair. Volunteer with the Idaho Humane Society where/when they need me, possibly find one other interest that doesn’t conflict time wise.

Julius & I (yes, I’ve named my bike
have hit the pavement four times this week – commuting to work twice. Considering the bike-savyness of the High Divers this may not seem like a big deal – but it’s huge for my lazy bones!
